Ben Stoltz, Founder and Managing Director

Jani-King's Australian operations were founded by Ben Stoltz and his business partner Brian Morris in February 1993 in Perth, Western Australia. The business has since developed into one of the largest commercial cleaning organisations in Australasia. Mr Stoltz' involvement in the business today is largely focused on strategic planning, risk management and control, financial planning and compliance with relevant state and federal legislation with regard to franchising. Jani-King Australasia has over 850 active franchisees and 3,600 clients.

Michael Liddle, Training and Operations Manager

Michael was appointed Training and Operations Manager of Jani-King Australasia in 2007. He is responsible for Jani-King's Initial Franchise Training Program, The OH&S Management Program, Environmental Services Management, Database Management and Troubleshooting, Key Account Management and Operations Staff Training and Induction. Prior to joining Jani-King Michael held various roles with commercial cleaning companies including Director of Sunrise Cleaning.

Geoff Samuels, Adelaide/Perth Regional Manager

Geoff was consistently the number one-ranked Business Development Manager in the group for several years prior to his promotion to Regional Manager in 2006. He has extensive experience in building and owning businesses.

Steve Phillips, Brisbane/Sydney/Darwin Regional Manager

Steve should be a familiar face to long-serving Jani-King team members and franchisees as he first joined the company in 1997 as the Operations Manager in Perth. He remained in that role until 2000 before relocating to New Zealand where he spent seven years as the General Manager of Jani-King’s Auckland office. He re-joined Jani-King in 2010 following the role of Regional Manager with an Australasian pool service franchise group. 

Craig Bennett, Auckland/Wellington Regional Manager

Craig has been the Auckland Regional Manager since August 2007. He has an impressive 12 years’ experience in the healthcare, hospitality and commercial cleaning sectors.

Richard Page, Christchurch Regional Manager

Richard joined Jani-King in the role of Operations Manager and was promoted to Regional Manager in mid-2008. He has a background in retail management and the commercial cleaning industry.

Gilles Delord, Melbourne/Hobart Regional Manager

Gilles first joined Jani-King in 1997 in sales and was promoted to the position of Regional Manager, covering Adelaide and Melbourne, that same year. He left the position in 2004 only to return as Jani-King’s Victorian Regional Manager in 2010, and is now responsible for Hobart and Adelaide as well.

Gilles has extensive executive management experience working with SMEs and large multi-national companies in the areas of concept development, team development and business planning.
